Season the chicken with half the salt (1/4 teaspoon), paprika and garlic powder. Stir well to distribute the spices.

Once nicely browned, add half of the julienned sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet.

Continue to cook the chicken until fully cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the asparagus and the remaining sun-dried tomatoes.

Season the asparagus with the remaining salt (1/4 teaspoon) and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Turn off the heat, cover the skillet with a lid and let the residual heat continue to cook the asparagus until it is tender-crisp.
