Gourmet Garlic & Cheddar Toasted BLT

Preheat a griddle pan or a large skillet over medium heat. Cut the sourdough slices if not already done.

Using a small bowl, mix the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, sea salt, and finely chopped fresh parsley together with a fork until well combined.

Spread the butter mixture on one side of each sourdough slice.

Turn the bread slices over and evenly spread the shredded sharp cheddar cheese on the other side. Place these slices with the buttered side down on the preheated pan. Allow them to toast until the cheese has melted and flipped over for just a minute if you prefer both sides toasted - approximately 5 minutes in total.

Remove the toasted slices from the pan and place them on the cutting board with cheese side up. Spread each slice with a generous amount of mayonnaise. Then layer your crispy bacon, romaine lettuce, and thick Roma tomato slices as per personal preference.

Serve these gourmet sandwiches hot and enjoy the burst of flavors!
