Add pork slices to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Add broccoli florets to the skillet, stirring it with the cooked pork.

In a small bowl, mix together beef broth, low-sodium soy sauce, and sugar-equivalent sweetener. Pour the mixture over the pork and broccoli in the skillet.

Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is nearly tender.

If the sauce gets too thick, add more beef broth to thin it out.

Stir in chopped scallions, and cook for another couple of minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
