In a large bowl, combine cooked and shredded chicken, salsa verde, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Place 3 corn tortillas on the bottom of the baking dish, slightly overlapping them. Cut a fourth tortilla into quarters and place them at each corner of the dish to cover the entire base.
