1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp meat masala
2 lbs chicken breast
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp garam masala
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 whole onion
1 tsp chili powder
2 cloves garlic
fresh ginger

Chop onions

Cut up garlic & ginger

Sauté onion, garlic & ginger together in oil until it is golden brown- don’t burn

Put all in blender (without oil). Blend until smooth paste

Transfer back to pan over low & add tomato paste & 1 cup of water- let it cook for 10 minutes (let it simmer until raw tomato smell is gone)

Add all spices to sauce & mix

Add chicken cut into evenly sized cubes

Cool on medium til chicken is cooked halfway. Then add yogurt a little at a time as you’re cooking it. The sauce should have reduced a little

Add heavy cream and let it simmer for about five minutes until chicken is cooked through. Don’t overcook it or it will be dry.
