Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.

Place the seasoned chicken breast in the skillet and sear it for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, until it's golden brown and cooked through. Remove the skillet from heat.

In the same skillet, add fresh spinach and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until wilted.

Place cooked spinach on top of the seared chicken breast and cover with the mozzarella cheese slice.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
