In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, Sriracha sauce, and grated ginger. Mix well.

In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs and half of the sauce mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated.

Place the coated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd them. Cook in batches if necessary.

Cook for 14 minutes, turning halfway, until the chicken thighs are cooked through in the center.

While the chicken is cooking, heat the remaining sauce in a small pot over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until it slightly thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes.
