1 3/4 g butter
2 whole green chillies
slit lengthwise
2 tsp salt
1 g paneer
cubed
1 tbsp garam masala
5 cloves garlic
minced
2 g fresh spinach leaves
washed and drained
3 whole green chillies
finely chopped
1 tbsp ghee
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 in fresh ginger
minced

Heat the ghee in a large pan and add the cumin seeds, allowing them to sizzle for a moment

Add the minced ginger, minced garlic, and finely chopped green chillies to the pan, sauté for a minute or two

Add the spinach leaves to the pan, cover, and let them wilt for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly
