Succulent Sirloin Steak with Zesty Caper-Herb Sauce

Combine the olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper in a shallow dish, and coat the sirloin steaks evenly on both sides. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
