These BBQ Pork Belly Bites, prepared in an air fryer, deliver tantalizing flavors and the perfect balance between crisp and moist. The pork belly is marinated in Worcestershire sauce and garlic, then air fried with a smoky BBQ sauce until it's golden brown and extra crispy.
In a bowl, combine pork belly, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let the pork belly marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
