In a large bowl, combine the avocado oil, lime juice, chili powder, sea salt, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well blended.

Add the chicken strips to the bowl, making sure they are coated with the marinade. Set them aside for 30 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated chicken to the skillet, cook for about 6 to 9 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a bit of avocado oil if needed. Add the onions and bell peppers and cook until they are soft and slightly charred.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to mix with the vegetables.

Heat the tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat until warmed through, about 1 minute per tortilla.
ASSEMBLING
