Juicy Chicken Lettuce Tacos with Zesty Cilantro Lime Sauce
Deliciously juicy chicken pieces nestled in crisp romaine lettuce, topped with bracing avocado, tangy tomato, and crunchy onions, drizzled with a vibrant zesty cilantro lime sauce. This is a powerhouse of protein and perfect for a low-carb, paleo or keto diet.
In a large bowl, mix chicken breasts, taco seasoning, minced garlic, and olive oil. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours.

After marination, heat a pan over medium-high heat and melt the butter. Add the chicken to the pan and cook each side for about 7-8 minutes or until fully cooked.

While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce. In a food processor, blend Greek yogurt, chopped cilantro, olive oil, chopped jalapeno, minced garlic, lime juice, and salt until smooth and creamy.
