In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix well and cover for 7-8 minutes or until a bubbly foamy texture forms.

Add the flour, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well, and knead for 3-4 minutes until a smooth, elastic dough forms.

Apply a few drops of oil to the dough, cover, and set aside for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
FILLING

Wash, clean, and roughly chop the spinach.

Heat oil in a pan, and add chopped spinach, garlic paste, salt, black pepper, and crushed red peppers. Cook on medium heat until the spinach mixture is dry and all moisture is absorbed. Allow it to cool.

ASSEMBLY
