Tamanishiki uses two kinds of super premium quality short grain rice; Koshihikari and Yume Gokochi.
Directions
Combine 1-1/2 cups Tamanishiki Rice and 2-1/4 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a soft boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed.
