Fresh Kiwi Fruit

An edible berry, green kiwis (or kiwifruit) are sweet with a slight citrusy bite. Underneath the fuzzy-soft brown skin, there’s an inner green flesh that’s dotted with edible black seeds. Handy for making both sweet and savory recipes, kiwis are an especially great fruit to use as a meat tenderizer.
