Wash all the fresh fruits thoroughly under cold water. Hull and halve the strawberries. Chop the kiwi. Peel and cube the ripe mango. Place all in a large bowl.

To prepare the dressing, squeeze juice from the lime into a small bowl. Grate the zest from the lime into the same bowl.

Add honey and poppy seeds to the bowl with lime juice and zest. Whisk until well blended.
