Strawberry Swirl Graham Cracker No-Churn Ice Cream

In a large bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

In another bowl, beat the heavy cream with a mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 1-2 minutes.

Fold half of the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture gently with a rubber spatula until combined. Then fold in the remaining whipped cream until no white streaks remain.

Pour half of the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe loaf pan or a baking dish.

Dollop half of the strawberry jam evenly over the ice cream mixture and create swirls using a butter knife or skewer.

Sprinkle half of the crushed graham crackers evenly over the strawberry swirls.

Repeat steps 4-6 with the remaining ice cream mixture, strawberry jam, and graham crackers.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours or overnight.
