Ingredients: Steamed rice for serving; 1/2 cup bell pepper; 2 tbsp corn starch; 2 scallions; 1/2 tsp salt; Scallions and cilantro; 1/2 cup room temperature water; 6 cloves garlic; 450 g extra firm tofu; 2 tbsp maple syrup or other liquid sweetener; 1 tbsp corn starch; 1 to 2 tbsp chili sauce; 1 tbsp sesame oil; 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari; 2 tbsp coconut sugar or other sugar or choice; 2 tbsp sesame oil

This  Stir-Fried Sweet Chili Tofu is delicously hearty with crispy pieces of tofu in a blend of sweet and spicy from the sauce! The spice and sweetness levels are totally up to you and you can easily adjust the sauce depending on your desired taste.
