Place raw chopped walnuts, halved raw cashews, coconut flakes, coconut sugar, pure vanilla extract, and coconut oil in a crock pot.

Turn the crock pot on high, mix together well, and cook for 45 minutes. During this time, stir the mix occasionally to ensure the coconut flakes do not burn.

After 45 minutes, turn the crock pot to a lower setting and let it cook for another 30 minutes.

Transfer the contents from crock pot onto a parchment paper to cool down and dry out for about 15 minutes.

Once cooled, add in the banana chips and dark chocolate chips. Stir well to evenly distribute the new additions.
