Butterfly each boneless, skinless chicken breast and cut each half into two to create 4 small pieces of chicken from each chicken breast.
In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Brush each chicken piece with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mix.
Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill chicken pieces for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until the thickest part reaches 165 degrees F.
Cut cheese slices in half to create two smaller pieces.
Assemble the sliders by placing a grilled chicken piece on the bottom half of each slider bun, then topping with a half slice of colby jack cheese, a slice of tomato, a cooked bacon slice, a lettuce leaf, and finally the top half of the slider bun.
