Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms soften and turn brown.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet, and add the ground beef to the other side. Brown the beef for 2 to 3 minutes per side before breaking it into smaller chunks and mixing with the vegetables.

Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink, then add 2 tsp dried oregano, 5 ounces baby spinach, and 3/4 tsp sea salt. Stir well.

Cover the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until the spinach has wilted. Give it a taste to ensure the seasoning is just right.
