Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C) and set two oven racks on the center most levels, one above the other.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, leaving a little hanging over two edges.

Distribute the multi-grain square cereal, mini pretzels, mixed nuts, pepitas, and cheddar crackers evenly between the two parchment-lined baking sheets.

In a heatproof measuring cup, combine the coconut oil, vegan Worcestershire sauce, water, garlic powder, and sea salt. Gently warm the mixture in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stovetop, just until it's very warm to the touch.

Whisk the warmed mixture until the ingredients are combined.

Pour half of the wet ingredient mixture over the dry ingredients on one of the baking sheets. Use a spatula to toss and thoroughly mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Repeat with the remaining wet ingredients and second baking sheet.

Bake the snack blend for 50-55 minutes, gently stirring the mixture at least three times during baking. At about the 25-minute mark, rotate the pans from bottom to top and top to bottom. Keep an eye on the mix during the last 10 minutes of baking to prevent over-browning.
