COOKING RICE

Cook the Smoky Basmati Rice as per the package instructions.
PREPARING ZUCCHINI

Cut the zucchinis lengthwise. Use a small spoon to remove the flesh, leaving about 1/2 an inch thickness.
MAKING FILLING
