H-e-b Texas Roots Pie Pumpkin

Smaller than a jack-o'-lantern, H-E-B Texas Roots pie pumpkins are proudly grown right here in the Lone Star State. Also referred to as sugar pumpkins, pie pumpkins are used in baking and cooking. For pumpkin puree, you'll need to halve the pumpkin, scoop out the seeds, and roast it cut side down in the oven on a baking sheet for about an hour.
