All purpose flour, divided; 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped; 1/2 a Sweet onion, diced; 6 Cloves Garlic, chopped; 1 Can Coconut cream or full fat coconut milk

Crispy, simple tofu steaks served with a garlic rosemary cream sauce.
