Drain the tofu and keep it between two towels and place a heavy object on top for about 10 minutes to remove excess liquid.

Heat the sesame oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add the tofu and saute until golden brown.

To the pan, add the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sriracha sauce, black pepper, red chili flakes, and water. Cook until the sauce is reduced and thickens to your desired consistency.
