Preheat oven to 425°F and spread the tater tots into a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tots have browned and crisped.

In a nonstick pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and add the eggs. Stir until small curds form and the eggs just set.
