Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 11x8-inch baking dish.

Peel and finely chop onion and garlic, then set aside.

Cube chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces.

Wash, dry, and cut broccoli into bite-size florets.

In a large bowl, combine onion, garlic, rice, poultry seasoning, chicken, and broccoli. Pour the alfredo sauce over the mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake for 45 minutes, then carefully remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
