Savor the delightful flavors of this quick and easy Savory Peanut Beef Ramen, featuring tender ground beef, crisp red bell pepper, and an irresistibly rich and savory peanut sauce.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 8 minutes. If there's a lot of excess fat, spoon most of it out.
2
While the beef cooks, bring a pot of water to a boil for the ramen noodles.
3
Off the heat, stir the peanut butter, hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced ginger, and minced garlic into the skillet with the cooked ground beef.
4
Return the skillet to heat and add the thinly sliced red bell pepper. Turn down the heat a bit and cook for a few more minutes, stirring often, until the bell pepper is tender-crisp.
5
When you add the red bell pepper, also add the ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
6
Before draining the noodles, add 4 tablespoons of the noodle cooking water into the skillet.
7
Drain the cooked ramen noodles and add them to the skillet.
8
Toss everything together, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
9
Garnish with thinly sliced scallions and serve immediately.
