3 cloves garlic

14 oz extra firm tofu
drained
1 whole chipotle peppers in adobo
minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp honey
3 tbsp adobo sauce

Dry the drained tofu with a paper towel and then cut into 1 inch cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu and set aside.

In the same pan, add the minced chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, tomato paste, honey, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and water.
