Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the milk and granulated sugar. The mixture should be lukewarm.

Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the quick-rise yeast. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add all-purpose flour to your standing mixer's bowl. Pour in the yeast mixture and using the dough hook attachment, knead this mixture for about 8 minutes until the dough forms a ball.

Cover the bowl with the kitchen towel and let the dough rise for 60 minutes or until it has doubled in size.

FILLING

In a separate bowl, combine room temperature unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.

ROLLING AND BAKING

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Roll the dough into a 7x14 inches rectangle and spread the filling mixture over the dough, leaving slight gaps at the edges. Roll the dough tightly into a 14-inch long log. Cut the log into 12 equal pieces using a dough cutter.

Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each roll for expansion. Cover with the kitchen towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
