Start by finely chopping the spinach and mincing one garlic clove.

Place a sauté pan or a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.

Add the mince garlic to the pan and sauté it until fragrant. Then, add the chopped spinach and continue sautéing until the spinach is wilted and shrunk.

Add the heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, and salt to the spinach and garlic mixture. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes whilst stirring frequently.

Remove the pan from the heat and give it some time to cool down.

Spread the spinach mixture onto the flatbread. Then, scatter over the grated mozzarella and crumbled feta.

Drizzle the pizza with pesto before baking it on a foil lined baking sheet at 350 F for 12 minutes.

Switch the oven setting to broil and bake for additional 2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
