Delightful Spinach and Artichoke Cheese Dip with Mini Bread Bowl
A creamy, cheesy dip filled with the goodness of spinach and artichokes, surrounded by soft and comforting dinner rolls. An ideal dish for game nights or family gatherings, this is an easier spin on the classic recipe.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan, Romano, mozzarella, sour cream, chopped artichoke hearts, squeezed spinach, minced garlic, dried basil, and red pepper flakes until fully combined
BREAD
2
Coat a 10 inch oven-safe skillet with half of the olive oil
3
Arrange the pre-baked dinner rolls in a ring around the perimeter of the skillet
4
Scoop the prepared dip into the center of the skillet, making sure it is spread evenly
5
Brush the dinner rolls with the remaining olive oil
BAKING
6
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the dinner rolls are golden brown. If the rolls are browning too quickly, cover them with foil or lower the oven temperature to 350°F

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving
