Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat then add the diced ham and sauté it until it starts to brown slightly. Stir in the garlic powder.

Pour the Alfredo sauce into the pan, add in the steamed broccoli florets, then season with salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the egg noodles according to package instructions then drain.
