Fresh Honeydew Melon

Bursting with sweetness, honeydew is a popular melon. Its light-green interior is juicy and tastes like a little like honey. To tell if honeydew is ripe, gently press on the creamy yellow rind — it should be firm yet yielding slightly to the pressure. You’ll also notice a light floral fragrance.
