Fillos Beans And Sofrito, Peruvian Lentils, Mild

We've seasoned the lentils in this pouch with a Peruvian style sofrito-a traditional cooking base of purple onion, red bell pepper, tomato, garlic, annatto seeds, cumin and cilantro, all gently sautéed in olive oil. The only other ingredients are sea salt and water. The result is full of flavor, nutrients and history.
