Wash the parsley and cilantro thoroughly, then pat dry.

Remove the large stems from the parsley and cilantro and keep only the leaves.

In a food processor, combine the parsley, cilantro, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, kosher salt, dried oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
