In a small mixing bowl, whisk together low sodium chicken broth, low sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or a large 14-inch frying pan over high heat.

Add pork tenderloin cubes to the hot wok. Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper. Stir fry for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove the pork from the wok and set aside.
