Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and move the steam release valve to Sealing.

Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook or Manual mode at high pressure for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes when the Instant Pot beeps, immediately move the steam release valve to Venting to release the pressure.

Ensure your hand is not over the steam release valve during this process for safety reasons.
