Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a small saucepan, warm the heavy cream to just below boiling, then remove from heat.

Add the dark chocolate chips to the warm cream, and let sit for 1-2 minutes, then stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the chocolate ganache into the ready-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.

Carefully layer the marshmallow creme over the chocolate ganache, spreading it in an even layer with a spatula.

Top the marshmallow creme with mini marshmallows, covering the entire surface.
