Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken from the center outward until it is about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut the pounded chicken into pieces about the size of your palm.

On each cutlet, place a slice of ham, followed by a slice of cheese. Roll the chicken cutlet up, trying to tuck in the sides as much as possible.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.

Dip the chicken rolls in the beaten eggs, then in the seasoned bread crumbs, ensuring they're fully coated. Set them aside on a platter.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken rolls on all sides.

CHEESE SAUCE

While the chicken is baking, prepare the cheese sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over medium heat. Be sure to keep an eye on it so it does not come to a boil.
