This Caramel Drizzled Pull-Apart Monkey Loaf is soft, gooey, and laced with delicious cinnamon-sugar. Made in a loaf pan with store-bought dough, it's an easy, time-saving treat that will have everyone coming back for seconds.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on the long sides. Lightly grease the parchment.
DOUGH
2
Divide the store-bought pizza dough into 1-inch pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
COATING
3
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Toss the dough balls in the coating mixture until fully coated, then arrange coated dough balls in the prepared loaf pan.
CARAMEL SAUCE
4
In a small saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in the light brown sugar and kosher salt. Continue to cook on low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
BAKING
5
Pour the warm caramel sauce over the coated dough balls in the loaf pan.
6
Place the loaf pan on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top of the loaf is golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
SERVING
7
Let the monkey bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift it out using the parchment overhang and transfer to a serving plate. Serve warm.
