Silver Creek Farms Frozen Rainbow Trout Fillets

Our rainbow trout are responsibly raised in land-based farms in Idaho's Magic Valley. They are easy to prepare and quick to cook. Remove fillet from individual bag prior to thawing in the refrigerator. Season fillet lightly with olive oil, salt and pepper or your favorite seafood rub. Bake, broil, barbeque or saute the fillet to an internal temperature of 145°F and enjoy.
