Maradol Papaya

Maradol papayas have light pink flesh that is more fragrant and sweet than other papaya varieties. Much larger than a regular Papaya, the Maradol is gathering more interest from consumers due to its health benefits (contains an enzyme, Papin, which aids in digestion) and its wide spread uses in marinades, sauces, salads and other dishes.
