KORBEL Brut is made using some of the finest grapes in California - a combination of our own estate vineyards in Sonoma County and Clarksburg and purchased grapes from select independent growers in California.Grapes for Korbel Brut are harvested about two weeks earlier than is typical for still wines to capture the delicate, crisp, bright flavors.Korbel Brut is the perfect way to start an evening! Its crisp acidity pairs beautifully with appetizers such as cheese, oysters, caviar, smoked salmon, and fried or salty foods. It's delicious with all shellfish and sushi as well as egg dishes and roasted poultry. This classic brut is also wonderful on its own!All Korbel California champagnes are made according to the traditional méthode Champenoise, in which the champagne is fermented inside the same bottle from which it is served.
