BACON WRAPPED ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 bundle of fresh whole asparagus
  • 1 pack of regular sliced bacon
  • 4tbl spoons Olive oil
  • 1tbl spoon of Minced garlic
  • 2 fresh Lemons
  • Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat Expert Grill Lump charcoal.
  2. Mix in a bowl 4tbl spoons olive oil 2 fresh lemons and garlic mix well.
  3. Trim off bottom 1/3rd of the Asparagus then Bacon wrap 3-4 (can do more or less) spears per piece of bacon until all of asparagus is used.
  4. Brush on mixture and put on the grill or use a grill basket. Cook until bacon is crisp then take off and dust with parmesan cheese. ENJOY!

Lighting Instructions:
Warning - Never use gasoline or kerosene to start a fire
  1. Remove cooking grate and fully open all vents. Arrange briquets in a pyramid (Refer to grill manufacturers specifications and capacities)
  2. Follow lighter fluid container directions. Light briquets in several places. STAND BACK AFTER LIGHTING
  3. In approximately 10 minutes, or when briquets are predominately ashed over, spread briquets evenly
  4. Wait 5 minutes and begin cooking
WARNING - DO NOT cover grill until flames have died down and briquets have ashed over. Accumulated fumes could flare up when cover is removed
