Expert Grill Charcoal Briquets, Charcoal Briquettes, 8 Lb

  • For best results, start your fire 15 minutes before cooking

BREAKFAST BURGER

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1lb Breakfast sausage
  • 8 strips of Bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 burger buns
  • Maple Syrup

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat Expert Grill charcoal briquets.
  2. Patty breakfast sausage to 4-1/4 lb patties.
  3. Place patties on hot grill for about 3-4 min until it get a slight char then turn for about 3-4 min until done.
  4. Grill bacon until crisp.
  5. Get a pan hot over the coals with a pad of butter and cook eggs over easy with the yolk still loose.
  6. Build burger. Sausage patty on the bottom bun (toast bun if preferred) then layer with bacon and then egg with maple syrup on top. ENJOY!

Lighting Instructions:
Warning - Never use gasoline or kerosene to start a fire
  1. Remove cooking grate and fully open all vents. Arrange briquets in a pyramid (Refer to grill manufacturers specifications and capacities)
  2. Follow lighter fluid container directions. Light briquets in several places. STAND BACK AFTER LIGHTING
  3. In approximately 10 minutes, or when briquets are predominately ashed over, spread briquets evenly
  4. Wait 5 minutes and begin cooking
WARNING - DO NOT cover grill until flames have died down and briquets have ashed over. Accumulated fumes could flare up when cover is removed
