Concord Fresh Success makes it easy to make a delicious lemon pound cake with our newest baking mix. In a mixing bowl, just add water, lemon juice, melted butter and a slightly beaten egg to the mix. Pour batter into a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 55 minutes. Allow cake to cool completely before removing from the pan and serving. For a special treat, add a lemon glaze.
