Alaska Rockfish was sustainably sourced from pristine Alaska waters and processed in the Pacific Northwest. Rockfish are known for its mild, sweet flavor, pearly-white color and it's meaty yet tender texture. It lends itself to a wide variety of cooking methods including blackened, baked, sautéed, broiled and fried. Due to it's texture, it easily absorbs marinades, wood smoke and other flavors well.
