Begin by seasoning the cubed steak with seasoned salt, black pepper and garlic powder on both sides. Set it aside for a few minutes to allow the seasoning to permeate the meat.

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, the remaining seasoned salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

Dredge each piece of the seasoned steak in the flour mixture, making sure to coat thoroughly.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Place the steak in the skillet and sear for about 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté until they are soft and caramelized. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
